University labs  One booth free of charge
  • University laboratories requesting 2 or more booths will receive one booth free of charge, and the price for national research institutes and public organizations will apply to the second and succeeding booths.
  • If commercial firms, or national research institutes or public organizations exhibit jointly with university labs, the price for the former will apply.
  • If university laboratories apply for 1 booth, the booth location will be determined by Organizer.
  • The above exhibition fee does not include the cost for installation & dismantling, decoration, booth cleaning & disposal and the charges for electricity/water supply and drainage/telephone.

Booth Specifications

1booth: 9 square meters (W3m X D3m X H2.7m)　with Panels to separate neighboring booths

※The corner booth will only have one side wall.

Booth Allocation

It is on "First come, First served" basis. Please refer to the Floor Plan on our website and indicate the space number you require in the application form and send it to the Secretariat by Fax. The Printable Electronics floor Plan will be divided into "Commercial Firms Area" and "Public Organizations, Overseas Pavilion & University laboratories Area".Please choose your booth location in the appropriate Area. After your application is completed, the exhibitor name and the booth location will be placed on the website on the next day.

Application to exhibit / Cancellation

Simply complete Application Form and submit it to the Secretariat.

  1. Deadline for application: Friday, October 29(Fri),2010
    ※Please note that applications will close when the planned number is reached, even before the deadline.
  2. Deadline for payment: Friday, November 30(Tue),2010
  3. Cancellation：
    In principle, applications cannot be cancelled after the Application Form is submitted. Only when the Secretariat deems it unavoidable will cancellations be accepted,and in such cases the following penalties will be incurred based on the date written notice of cancellation is received.
Based on the date of cancellation Cancellation fee
Before November 30, 2010 50% of the invoiced amount
On and after December 1, 2010 100% of the invoiced amount
