It is on "First come, First served" basis. Please refer to the Floor Plan on our website indicate the space number you require in the Application Form and send it to the Secretariat by Fax. The Printable Electronics Floor Plan will be divided into "Commercial Firms Area" and "Public Organizations, Overseas Pavilion & University laboratories Area".Please choose your booth location in the appropriate Area. After your application is completed, the exhibitor name and the booth location will be placed on the website on the next day.

Simply complete the Application Form and submit it to the Secretariat.

1. Deadline for application: October 31 (Mon), 2011
   ※Please note that applications will close when the planned number is reached, even before the deadline.

3. Cancellation：
   In principle, applications cannot be cancelled after August 31, 2011. Only when the Secretariat deems it unavoidable will cancellations be accepted,and in such cases the following penalties will be incurred based on the date written notice of cancellation is received.
