Exhibition Fee

1booth: 9 square meters (W3m X D3m X H2.7m) ----- ¥315,000   Space only

To order, please refer to the exhibitor's manual (to be sent in early February, 2010).

 

 

Booth Allocation

It is on "First come, First served" basis.
Please refer to the Floor Plan on our website and indicate the space number you require in the application form and send it to the Secretariat by Fax.
"The Ninth Converting & Advanced Printing Machinery / Materials Exhibition and Conference in Japan 2010" floor Plan will be divided into "Convertech JAPAN 2010 Area", "neo functional material 2010 Area" and "Printable Electronics 2010" Area".
Please choose your booth location in the appropriate Area "Printable Electronics 2010".
After your application is completed, the exhibitor name and the booth location will be placed on the website on the next day.

 

 

 

Application to exhibit / Cancellation

Simply complete Application Form and submit it to the Secretariat.

Upon receipt of the form, an invoice for booth fee will be sent by the Secretariat.
The exhibition fee should be remitted to the bank by the due date on the invoice.

 

  1. Deadline for application: Friday, November 27, 2009
    * Please note that applications will close when the planned number is reached, even before the deadline.
  2. Deadline for payment: Friday, January 29, 2010
  3. Cancellation：
    In principle, applications cannot be cancelled after the Application Form is submitted.
    Only when the Secretariat deems it unavoidable will cancellations be accepted,
    and in such cases the following penalties will be incurred based on the date written notice of cancellation is received.
After December 1, 2009 50% of the invoiced amount
(including taxes)
On and February 1, 2010 100% of the invoiced amount
(including taxes)
